Digital Marketing Assistant
The primary areas of effort will be spread across multiple brands and will require a high level of organization and accountability. This is an entrepreneurial position with lots of opportunity for growth.
Daily procedure will include working directly with Sherpa founders, managers, brands, and clients. That means we need clever, talented people with a good sense of humor and awesome communication skills!
Salaried position; rate depends on experience and skill-level
Sherpa is looking for a digital marketing professional who possesses the ability to independently execute strategies at a task level.

Advertising campaign creation and management on multiple platforms including Facebook, Google etc.
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

While digital marketing certifications are not mandatory for this role, you can advance in this career path as you gain experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Google & Meta ad experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing for an eCommerce company
Experience in digital marketing with a focus on CPC, SEM & SEO
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
